Valentines Special Pamper & Feel Good Day

Last Saturday was Valentines Special Pamper & Feel Good Day, oddly enough it was our one year anniversary of hosting our own events. We would like to thank the Abbey Wood Councillors for their sponsorship, and everyone else who has supported us in this venture.

Following a fantastic 2019, and are really looking forward to building on our successes in 2020.

Massage Therapies Abbey Wood

We were extremely lucky with the weather – lots of sunshine and quite mild for the time of year. Charlton Athletic provided the blood pressure checks, and the stall holders had a range of lovely products to browse and buy.

As usual, the Feel Good Co-operative therapists were fully booked, as was our beautician, Carmina. We welcomed a number of our regular visitors, plus some new ones, and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

These are some of the comments that we received:

‘How lovely this afternoon was, and the therapists were very helpful. Will definitely come again, thank you very much.’
‘What a wonderful experience! The ladies have so much good advice to offer. The therapies are exceptional, and I have benefited from them. Highly recommended.’

‘Wonderful relaxing treatment.’

Hot Stone Massage
‘First time here – absolutely amazing experience, very relaxing and soothing – and the ladies make you feel at ease. Thank you.’
‘What a brilliant experience. Tried different therapies, all amazing! All the therapists are calming and caring. Wellbeing factor terrific.’

‘Hazel’s hot stone massage was warm, enveloping and totally relaxing. Paula’s sports massage quickly found all the tricky problem areas. Yukari’s reflexology was amazing. The lymph massage from Julie was hugely enjoyable and really felt as it it was clearing energy blockages. The reiki and crystal therapy worked on a completely different level. Lara is intuitive and perceptive. I felt safe and comforted throughout.’

Our next Pamper and Feel Good event will be hosted by the amazing Reach Out Project at Mycenae House. It will take place on the 30th April, details to be confirmed.
